Terms

Last updated July 12, 2026

Assistive use only

ClerkKit supports clinical clerking, learning, and documentation. It does not diagnose, prescribe, replace institutional protocols, or replace the judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and making clinical decisions.

Patient privacy

Use anonymous patient identifiers. Do not enter real patient names or other identifying information unless you have a lawful basis, appropriate authorization, and a secure deployment approved by your institution. You are responsible for complying with applicable confidentiality, privacy, and professional rules.

Availability and local data

Local clerking is designed to remain available during network interruptions, but browser storage can be cleared, restricted, or exhausted. Keep the device secure and export backups when appropriate. Cloud sync and AI require configured services and may be temporarily unavailable.

Accounts, credits, and subscriptions

Accounts must use an email you are authorized to access. AI actions may consume credits and some tools may require a subscription. Checkout terms, currencies, refunds, and recurring billing details are shown by the selected payment processor before payment. Do not attempt to bypass access, usage, or rate limits.

Acceptable use

Do not use ClerkKit for unlawful activity, automated abuse, credential sharing, interference with the service, or content that violates another person's rights. Access may be limited to protect users, providers, and service reliability.

Changes

Features, credit costs, and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they take effect.
